How to Succeed with PTSD

It's never too early (or late) to get good coping habits in motion. These, combined with regular battle buddy check ins and counseling, can ensure a smoother and thus happier life. We will show you a wealth of resources to change your PTSD perspective.

Breathe in your nose and out of your mouth. Slow your breathing to 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out. Drink Ice water. Get away from situation you have been triggered in. Distract your mind from the situation that triggered you.
